元KAT-TUN田口容疑者が逮捕 大麻による若者の検挙増

　きのう午後、「KAT-TUN」の元メンバー・田口淳之介容疑者（33）と、女優の小嶺麗奈容疑者（38）が大麻取締法違反の疑いで厚生労働省の麻薬取締部に現行犯逮捕された。2人は内縁関係で同居していたとみられている。
　報道を受け、田口容疑者のインスタグラムには「嘘でしょ！！信じたくない」「ほんとになにやってるの」「応援してきたファンを裏切るなんて、最低です」など、次々とコメントが寄せられている。しかし厚生労働省によると、大麻の検挙者はおよそ半分が10～20代の若年層となっており、ここ数年は増加の傾向にあるという。
　薬物依存症だった過去を持ち、現在はリハビリ施設「館山ダルク」代表を務める十枝晃太郎氏は、約30年前に初めて大麻に触れた。
　「僕はアルコールが全く飲めず、しかも無知だったので、大麻に出会って“こんなに楽しいことがあるんだ“と思ってしまった。ハイな状態、リラックス状態、幸せな感覚を持てた場合、恐怖は捕まることだけ。お酒の代替物という感覚があったし、むしろお酒の方が悪い、という考えを持った人も多い」。
　また、大麻を取り巻く昨今の状況については「僕らの時代は路上で売人から買ったり、知り合いから回ってきた電話番号にかけて買ったりする時代だった。今はネットで購入し、家まで届けてくれるという話もある。テレビでは“ダメだ“と言っていても、“いい“と言っている動画サイトもある。そういうものに影響を受けてしまう部分もあると思う。田口さんのような人が捕まってしまう時代になってきたのかなと思う。日本では大麻のユーザーがまだ少ないというのもあると思うので、“ダメだよ“だけで終わってしまっている可能性もある」と懸念を示した。
　一方、大麻といえば、アメリカの一部の州やカナダで合法化されるなど、解禁への流れもある。
　パックンは「アメリカが大麻合法化に至るまでには長い道のりがあった。80年代、大麻所持で捕まったら終身刑になる法律もあったくらい、ものすごく厳しい取り締まりが行われた、使う人が減らなかった。また、下手したら使用したことによる害よりも、捕まってしまった場合の害の方が大きいんじゃないかという議論も出てきた。アメリカの大学では吸っている人も多いが、ほとんどはコントロールできている。そこで最初は医療用の合法化からスタートした。僕の地元であるコロラド州でも、アルコールよりも大麻の方が害は少ないんじゃないかという意見が勝った。今も議論はあるが、ものすごい税収があるので、それを公園や麻薬撲滅キャンペーンに使っている。ただ、大麻は玄関ドラッグとも言われて、一度手を出したら次はコカイン、覚せい剤と、ありとあらゆるものに手を出してしまうきっかけになっている。テレビでは薬物の危険性についてのCMも流しているし、学校では薬物の特徴について細かく教えている」と話す。
